Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to notify us if you wish to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Photos of the item and how it was received.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items returned without prior request will not be accepted. 

The actual return costs are the responsibility  of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a defect received product.  

Please take pictures of how the products are received and have them sent to us.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods.

  • Custom products like special orders or personalized items.

  • Shipping is non refundable

Note: Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.


For an exchange, please contact us and confirm the correct steps. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are glad to help. 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
